Launch your team
Create your team. Name it after your organization or chapter, set a goal, add a photo. About three minutes.
Invite your people. Each member joins with a personal page. Share the team link by text, email, social and your newsletter.
Serve together. Pair your team with a service day at /volunteer. We thank every team on site and in the season recap.
Secure giving through Give Lively. 100% of gifts go to A Step to Freedom, a 501(c)(3). Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Team goal
Teams that raise $1,000 fund forty winter packages and are thanked on the ASF website and on site at every service day. Individual fundraisers: aim for $250, ten packages.
One package
A blanket, socks and water, and a card that says where the next step is. Prefer to give once? Give here, once or monthly.
Employer match
Ask every giver one question: "Will your employer match?" Many companies double gifts through Benevity and similar programs.
